PMT’s 60,000 square foot plant in El Paso, Texas uses state-of-the-art equipment and production technology and is equipped with high-speed, automatic insert molding machines and assembly.
The facility houses 56 injection molding presses ranging from 28 to 500-tons, with injection unit shot size capacities of 0.90 to 48.00 ounces respectively.
Among the many highlights of the facility are its advanced laboratory facilities, leading edge capabilities in CAD design and manufacturing equipment, tool and die making capability, modern quality assurance testing tools, and a fully staffed, in-house tool room with journeyman mold makers dedicated to maintenance and major mold repair.
We monitor and improve workplace safety through adherence to good manufacturing practices, 5S programs and through implementation of a safety committee.
In addition, warehousing for raw materials and work in progress inventory is all under one roof to provide the highest level of efficiency and customer satisfaction.
